SUGGESTION FOR DAILY PRAYER (CHRISTIAN)
Think about how you feel today. Would you like to change any part of YOU? Here is a routine that I like that combines prayer (Christian) and an exercise called meditative walking.
Preparation:
Pick a favorite Psalm
Memorize at least one or two lines
Walk with slow intention in nature and repeat the Psalm line that you memorize for at least 5 minutes to ten minutes
Think of a service to perform
Follow the goal of the service that day
Keep the calm that you found all day as you serve
